Terms of Service

WhaleTelecom provides international premium rate numbers (IPRN), A2P SMS routes, OTP monetization solutions and related telecom services to registered partners.

Partners must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter business agreements in their jurisdiction.

WhaleTelecom services may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to use our services for fraudulent activity, spam or any activity that violates applicable laws.

Revenue share rates are agreed upon during onboarding. Payouts are made according to the schedule in your partner agreement. WhaleTelecom reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud.

You are responsible for all activity under your partner account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

WhaleTelecom makes reasonable efforts to maintain service uptime. We are not liable for interruptions caused by carrier outages or factors outside our reasonable control.

Either party may terminate the partner relationship with written notice. WhaleTelecom may suspend accounts immediately for violations of these terms.

WhaleTelecom's total liability shall not exceed the revenue earned by the partner in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
